We have a 90% split, no desk fee, program that consists of:
70% split to the Agent
10% to Marketing (company and agent)
10% to the Mentor
The 10% Mentor split is crucial. You earn 10% of an agent’s commission that you’ve recruited and mentored. Therefore, you can earn well over 100% commissions. And, this continues into your retirement.
Prefer 100% commissions and a monthly fee? We have you covered. It’s $550/month and a $199/transaction fee. You can earn $100 credit for each agent you recruit and mentor that will apply towards the monthly fee. Maximum $550 credit. I.e. recruit 6 agents on this program and you make 100% Commissions with NO DESK FEES.
